Celebrating International Women's Day 2023

Today, we celebrate the success and progress of women around the world. Happy International Women’s Day.

We should take the time and recognize how far we have come since the first wave of female entrepreneurs began establishing businesses nearly 150 years ago.

From CEOs to small business owners, we play a vital role in creating a space for diverse and talented female leaders within the corporate landscape.

Now more than ever, we need to use our voices to keep pushing for equality and strive to give our daughters the opportunities we didn't have.

International Women’s Day always motivates me to share my unconventional, holistic approach to delivering transformative messages far and wide.

I aim to empower women to improve their lives and careers by providing real-world solutions and tangible tips.

Every opportunity must spark thoughts, provoke questions, and inspire action so women can finally make the changes needed to create a fairer and more diverse workplace.

As a Keynote speaker and coach, I stand up for and champion women's rights.

Through my work, I strive to make sure that the narrative on gender equity is not just commonly acknowledged but also authentically PRACTISED.

We must create more engaging and meaningful opportunities for ambitious women while being mindful of their different identities, cultures, and backgrounds.

To that end, I'm committed to leveraging my platform to provide a space for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, to empower female leaders by sharing their stories, address gender-specific issues through consultative guidance and mentorship, challenge existing social norms about gender roles and stereotypes and create a healthier environment for women.

Every woman deserves courage and confidence to achieve her full potential. Every woman is a part of history and should be celebrated! I celebrate you today, and every day of the year for the impact you make in the world.

Happy International Women's Day!

Sincerely,

Scharrell Jackson
